QR on packaging and labels
Curves, shrink wrap and shiny foil fight the camera. Put the code on the flattest panel you can, with a light background patch if the pack art is busy.
Leave quiet space clear of barcodes, legal lines and folds.
Link to something worth opening
Instructions, warranty, recipes or authenticity checks work well. A bare homepage with no pack-specific help feels like a dead end after a scan in a store aisle.
If the offer will change after launch, plan an editable destination before you print tens of thousands of packs.
Production proof
Ask for a press proof or a labelled sample. Scan under shop lighting. Confirm the URL on cellular data, not only the factory Wi‑Fi.
