PNG or SVG: which file to download
PNG is a pixel image. It drops into messengers, social posts and simple documents. Export large enough for the largest place you will show it; scaling a small PNG up makes muddy edges.
Avoid saving a PNG as JPEG afterward — compression artefacts confuse scanners.
SVG — sharp at any size
SVG describes the modules as shapes. Designers can scale it for billboards or tiny labels without blur. Place the SVG in print software and keep the quiet zone intact.
Some older office apps handle SVG poorly; in those cases export a high-resolution PNG as a fallback.
Practical rule
Chat and web → PNG. Print shop or brand kit → SVG (plus a PNG preview). Always scan a proof of the final placed artwork.
